A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes
I've been dreaming about working for Disney, or being part of the team, since I found out that was something that existed. I've decided to live a little, and not have to know how things are going to work out with school, but to apply for an internship. (All it takes is faith and trust-Peter Pan) I don't need it for Grad credits. I really want to do it and would love it on my resume. I'm excited for the things I could learn and the people I could meet.

New Semester!
My new school semester is starting, and with it the prospects of graduating get closer! I am actually excited to graduate. I have prepared myself in such a way that when I graduate I will have the skill set to be employable. As a communications major my skills are already in high demand. With the Web Design classes I will be even more so. It will be wonderful to accomplish the goal I have been working toward for more than half my life.

Trusting in the Lord
Recently I received a prompting to not go back to school this semester, to stay home and take classes online. I wasn't sure how it was going to work out, but I knew it was what I was meant to be doing. I took some risks. I made my decision and would not be able to turn back. I sold my housing contract. Recently I've seen dividends. While planning my classes I found that not only would I not be behind, but I would be ahead! It would also be cheaper. There are several other things that are beneficial. This experience has strengthened my testimony of the Lord and that He knows best.

Closure
So I was doing an assignment in my Art 130 (Intro to Graphic Design) class. I'm supposed to take pictures to show the principles of design. I didn't understand the principles of design. I'm kind of blind when it comes to things that are right in front of my nose, because as it turns out It tells you right on the page what the definitions of the principles are.
I was having difficulty finding the design principle of Lost and Found it turns out it is the exact same idea as the Gestalt principle of Closure
It means that you don't see all of the edges, but you see enough that your brain fills the rest in. The example they gave was of a panda bear.
This is where I got the picture
See the lines between the ears aren't filled in but you see them.

BLARGH
My latest project has been to conquer my 4 yr graduation plan. So far I've been working on it on and off for three weeks. I made a HUGE break through today... i don't have to take 25 credits worth of math credit prerequisites for one of my classes...which is nice. I can pick one of six instead of needing all of them.
So i have it pretty figured out, except i found a new tool, not a easy as the one i used (excel) but its connected to the school web site so... it has more, legit information. so i was working on it...
...but i think maybe its time to call in the professionals and go to the advisors to double check my work and make sure i'm not taking unnecessary classes.
